By accessing the Website or purchasing any products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.

2. Our Products and Services

Liz Peck offers digital products and templates for online business owners, including but not limited to funnel templates, systems and automation resources, and digital downloads (collectively, “Products”).

All Products are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your product via the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our Products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment failure.

All sales of digital products are subject to applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our Products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, except as required by applicable law.

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at liz@itslizpeck.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and, where a genuine error on our part has occurred, we will provide a replacement or appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law.

5.3 Templates and Editable Files

Where a Product includes editable or customisable templates (such as Canva templates, Notion templates, or similar), you may customise the template for use in your own business. You may not resell the template in its original or minimally modified form, nor may you offer it as a standalone product for download by others.

You agree not to use the Website or our Products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
