Tools I use to run my business

Claude is the AI I use to run my whole business. I have it wired into my Airtable data, my content, my finances and my morning brief, so it does real work for me instead of just answering questions.

Systeme is the backbone of my online business. My website, blog, email list, funnels, course portals and checkout pages all live in one place, and the price is capped so it doesn't keep climbing as my list grows.

Airtable is where my whole back office lives. Every product, customer, task, blog post, video, expense and content piece sits in one connected base that I built myself, and it's the source of truth for everything.

Make is the wiring that connects everything to everything else. When someone buys, when a blog goes live, when a comment lands on Instagram, Make is what moves the next step along without me touching it.

ManyChat is what turns Instagram comments into DMs. Someone comments a keyword like AUDIT, ManyChat replies in their inbox with the thing I promised, and it adds them to my email list ready for follow-up.

Skool is the home of my SOS community. It's where the working back office, the trainings and the people who actually get what I'm building all live together.

Canva is where my templates, social posts, freebies, lead magnets and blog graphics all live. I run a team plan so Anthony and Vanessa can pull what they need too.

Loom is how I record trainings, walkthroughs and quick videos for members without faffing about with editing software. Press record, talk, send the link.

HNRY handles the tax and admin side of my Aussie business. It pays my income tax for me, sorts GST and lodgements, and means I can focus on building instead of wrangling receipts.
